The stain of racism continues making itself felt in all corners of our culture. There have been widely publicized examples in areas from sports broadcasting to high tech and places in between. Even among American Buddhist meditation centers, there have been accusations from black teachers and practitioners about a lack of racial awareness among white participants.
Now it’s hit the foodie movement, where politics and social concerns have traditionally been tied mostly to concerns about over regulation and the corporatization of farming. And it’s hit me in the gut, because it involves accusations of disturbing racism against America’s most famous small farmer, Joel Salatin, who also happens to be a long-time friend. I’ve known Joel at least since 2008 when I was writing my book, The Raw Milk Revolution, I was a near unknown in the food and farming publishing world, while Joel had already written a handful of books and had been made famous by a profile within Michael Pollan’s best-seller, The Omnivore’s Dilemma. When I reached out to Joel, sort of on a lark, to ask him to write the preface to The Raw Milk Revolution, he couldn’t have been warmer, and he proceeded to write a super insightful beginning to the book. He did the same for my next book, Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Food Rights.
Our paths would cross many times in those years. There would be speaking gigs at Mother Earth News conferences, I refereed a debate between him and supplement kingpin Joseph Mercola as part of a fundraiser for the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, and I visited his farm in Virginia probably half a dozen times for gatherings he hosted. Going on a guided tour of Polyface Farm with Joel is always a major educational experience for everyone along, no matter how often you may have heard about “salad bar beef” and “pastured chickens.” And anyone who has seen Joel speak knows he’s a gifted orator, full of wit and farming wisdom, as well as sarcasm for his favorite fall guy, “US Duh” (for USDA, or U.S. Department of Agriculture). He’s used his books to build on the rebel persona with classics like Everything I Want to Do Is Illegal and The Sheer Ecstacy of Being a Lunatic Farmer. His growing fame led to speaking gigs at America’s largest corporations, universities, and before groups as far flung as Europe and Australia.
I’ve had much more sporadic communication with him the last couple years, so it came as a big surprise to learn he’s gotten himself into a boat load of pig manure in the foodie community over race. He’s the subject of a major profile in the magazine Mother Jones, in which the heading clearly reveals its direction: “Joel Salatin’s Unsustainable Myth: His go-it-alone message made him a star of the food movement. Then a young black farmer dug into what he was really saying.” It’s authored by a highly credible food writer, Tom Philpott, and I strongly suggest you read it to appreciate it for what it is– a sad modern-day saga about racial stereotyping and miscommunication similar to other episodes we’ve seen in too many places.
A key moment in Mother Jones’ lengthy narrative comes when Salatin, for no obvious reason, brings race into an online discussion about farming economics launched by a black Virginia farmer, Chris Newman. Had Salatin simply taken issue with Newman’s arguments that sustainable farming for the small operation is economically unsustainable, this whole brouhaha wouldn’t have happened. But Salatin in his comments ignored Newman’s economic and business arguments and instead launched into a racially-tinged diatribe. That led to Newman calling Salatin “a world-class bigot,” and the whole thing just snowballed to the point where dozens of prominent foodies were petitioning Mother Earth News to break its ties with Salatin, which it finally did; Salatin has been barred from writing for its publications and speaking at Mother Earth News conferences, which is a huge development, since Salatin was probably its most popular speaker. For many years, he led a super-informative demo of how to slaughter a chicken—the only time this city slicker has seen a chicken slaughtered.
To me, the main tipoff that this whole situation had likely gotten away from Salatin comes in his refusal to provide comment to Philpott for the Mother Jones article. When have you known Joel Salatin to refuse to answer any questioner at an open talk? I’ve never seen it.
It’s tempting when something like this occurs to try to affix a label to the individual who has offended—he’s “a racist” or “a misogynist.” I’m going to avoid that temptation because I don’t feel that applying labels is very constructive. I’ve spent a fair amount of time around Salatin, and the closest thing I’ve heard him come to a racist remark is when he jokes in his talks about his Polyface farm being “in the bread basket of the Confederacy.” I can chuckle as a northerner, but I can imagine a person of color being offended, since it was slaves harvesting the fruits and grains of the bread basket, and the Confederacy’s main goal in seceding from the Union was to continue the enslavement of blacks indefinitely into the future. And even after the end of slavery, the South has been a place of continuing economic suppression against blacks, such as via share cropping.
My guess is that when Salatin challenged Chris Newman on racial terms, Salatin thought he was being provocative, challenging politically correct dogma to turn a dull discussion into something much more entertaining. As I said, I don’t think he had any idea the whole thing would explode the way it did.
I don’t offer that assessment to excuse Salatin. He should know by now that using race in an insulting way in a discussion about the economics of farming carries a lot more weight in our culture and is more deeply offensive than ragging on USDA bureaucrats, especially at a time when young black men are putting their lives on the line simply by jogging or going out to the corner store or driving around in cars to see friends.
But maybe, like nearly all whites (myself included), he still doesn’t fully understand what it means to grow up as a person of color in the U.S. He doesn’t fully appreciate how seriously racial conflict continues to eat at our national fabric. The “Black Lives Matter” movement didn’t originate from a sudden increase in police murders and brutality against black men, but from the fact that such brutality is now caught on cell phones and video cameras that lurk everywhere. The police brutality has been going on for decades on end, nearly invisible to the world at large because the police reports have explained such violence by saying the victim “resisted arrest” or “attacked a police officer”…..and no one questions the police account.
I know more whites are genuinely disgusted, and want to do something positive to address the problem. Hence the many demonstrations over the summer after George Floyd was murdered in Minneapolis by police, and the organizing by white foodies who got together to publicly object to Salatin’s remarks about Chris Newman and pressure the owners of Mother Earth News to act against Salatin.
My suggestion to Salatin: Take this terribly painful episode as a learning experience. Use it as a vehicle to learn more about the history and experience of African Americans in the U.S. I know you’ve read widely and, after all, you live practically down the road from Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, with its slave quarters still preserved.
But as someone who has gone through his own racial re-education, I can tell you that you need to go further. When I was writing Gouster Girl, my historical novel about white flight on Chicago’s South Side, I showed late drafts to several individuals who are well versed in America’s racial challenges, including a white sociologist who teaches about racism at a major university and a black publishing agent. They pointed out numerous places in my manuscript where I had made racist statements without even being aware (such as by making assumptions about the backgrounds of black characters who had become violent, as just one example). I was glad for having taken that step because I was able to do some serious revision. I’ve received encouraging comments from black and white readers alike for helping them think more deeply about racism.
One good place for you to start in your own reeducation is with the best-selling book by Isabel Wilkerson, Caste. It argues very effectively that America’s race problem is really a caste problem…..that African Americans have long been America’s lowest caste, just like the Dalit are India’s lowest caste, or like the Jews of Europe were for centuries Europe’s lowest caste. She skillfully draws from America’s sad racial history to explain how the dominant caste schemes, maneuvers, and abuses to keep itself in control.
Once you’ve done some of that work, I suggest you open yourself up for serious discussion about race. You might begin by trying to engage those you’ve offended, like Chris Newman or Clara Coleman (daughter of celebrity Maine organic farmer Eliot Coleman). You don’t need to agree with them or apologize, but rather show you understand where you may have offended.
I have faith in your seriousness as a farmer and compassion as a person to know you can turn this sad episode into something positive.
as a person who has had to look at my own white privilege, and see my own unintentional racism, I would hope that Joel can learn the hard lesson of admitting that the racism we inflict on POC is bad for white people, too. We have missed out on so much, it is far past time for an honest reckoning
sorry to see you’ve fallen for that reverse racist claptrap, Mrs Dutcher
such “honest reckoning” would start with acknowledging that, in 1905, the Communist Party of the US of A boasted that it intended to use Negroes as a weapon to ruin white Christian America. And how’s that going so far?
Former AG Eric Holder said he wanted an “honest dialogue”, too, but when white folks took him at his word, and got right down to the nittygritty, the chickenshit Race Peddlers / Parasites fled the field
the best of the Negro leaders know that everything wrong with them is not “the white man’s fault” …. they have to fix themselves.
The Great Emancipator, Abraham Lincoln, said In the famous Lincoln-Douglas Debates
“I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races. I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with White people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will ever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality.” September 18, 1858)
70 years ago, The Whatley Plan was created as a deliberate way for Negroes to be self-sufficient on their own plot of land by growing organic produce for the local economy. Today, all over America tens of thousands of white people are doing it . … how many Blacks? Oh, that’s right : “ain’t gwayne work on Maggie’s Farm no more”
Like many great leaders, Abraham Lincoln grew and matured during a time of terrible crisis, which leading during the Civil War was. So while he may have been less than fully enlightened on race in 1858, by the end of the war he had helped push through the 13th and 14 amendments to the U.S. Constitution, which freed the slaves, gave them citizenship, and guaranteed all citizens “equal protection” under the law. This latter concept has been applied frequently in court cases involving civil rights.
Lincoln’s life -long position was = that African people would be best served by transportation back to whence they came. Your problem with presuming, now a century and a half removed from context -that slavery was the central issue of the War between the States, is : that it was NOT the central controversy re secession at that time. Why did so many Negroes – freemen and bond – serve in the Confederate forces.?
Lincoln’s understanding of Race was far more mature than your fable “Gouster Girls”
Coming from you, Watson, I’ll take that as a major plug for my book.
Love all…. serve all… feed all …with compassion and humanity.
I’ve never looked into the details of what you’ve outlined, but I’m surprised you wouldn’t have picked up the phone (or noted if you had been turned down for a response)… isn’t that how a journalist digs in to find out both sides of a story? Furthermore, wouldn’t common courtesy beg that of someone who has hosted you numerous times as you admit and been a part of your business relationship network for a decade?
Scott, good question. I thought of calling Salatin, but then realized there was no question about who said what. It’s all out there via blog posts and emails that have been made public. That’s why I suggested readers actually review the Mother Jones article–all the links are there. I included a couple of the links as well in my post. Moreover, the Mother Jones author, Tom Philpott, had asked Salatin for comment to include in his article, and Salatin sent Philpott a “no comment” response (Philpott quotes the exact wording). So, what was I supposed to ask Salatin? If he wanted to tell me “no comment”? In fact, I might have created more of a problem by calling him. Suppose Salatin had said he’d give me reactions, but not for publication. Now I’ve got a dilemma: do I agree to speak to him “off the record”? How do I explain to readers like you who then accuse me of hiding information? That’s why I decided not to follow up. I did, however, forward Salatin a link to my post.
I agree with Scott. David, common journalistic courtesy especially with Joel being your friend would require you to at least reach out to Joel. If he has no comment that is his privilege. Joel is a personal friend of me and my father and I emailed a link of this post to Joel along with a question or two and he replied to me this afternoon. There is definitely things NOT reported in the Mother Jones article and the associated links that could otherwise describe Joel’s efforts to make a friend out of Chris before Joel gave any of his public responses. These are the kinds of thing that a true friend journalist should at least attempt to dig into.
What is the end goal of all this “racial awareness” and “re-education”? How can this fine example of cancel culture and its attempt to silence a big voice in alternative and regenerative agriculture bring healing and positive change? How should a reasonable person who would never suggest we should silence and unsubscribe someone who disagrees with them respond when facing the meat grinder of racial hatred being spewed by those who claim to be anti-racist? I’ve read up extensively on this debacle in the last few weeks and had conversations with Joel about it. I see no healing or good coming from it. Yes, maybe Joel can be forced to be more careful with his metaphors but since he harbors no racial ill-will towards anyone any intended results will be superficial. I submit that this gang-up-on-the-big-guy and cancel culture approach will not produce the intended results but only further divide and destroy our country in general and the alternative ag movement in particular. This all is a fitting example of the exact metaphor that got Joel knee deep in hog poo – he is taking the arrows as the first one out of the fort!
unfortunate to see the axiom of “hard times revealing who your true friends are” being played out in this context
Another book you may find educational is “The Color of Law – A Forgotten History Of How Our Government Segregated America” by Richard Rothstein.
It’s Mr Gumpert’s forum, so he can do what he wants … if he wants to play the Race Card rather than discuss REAL MILK, let’s harken to the advice of former AG Eric Holder … do it honestly. The bleedinghearts never last long, when it’s genuinely a 2-way street. A handy primer, being
The Color of Crime Racial Hoaxes, White Fear, Black Protectionism, Police Harassment, and Other Macroaggressions
When The Color of Crime was first published ten years ago, it was heralded as a path-breaking book on race and crime. Now, in its tenth anniversary year, Katheryn Russell-Brown’s book is more relevant than ever. The Jena Six, Duke Lacrosse Team, Amadou Diallo, Sean Bell, James Byrd, and all of those victimized in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina are just a few of the racially fueled cases that have made headlines in the past decade.
Russell-Brown continues to ask, why do Black and White Americans perceive police actions so differently? Is White fear of Black crime justified? Do African Americans really protect their own? Should they? And why are we still talking about O.J.
Russell-Brown surveys the landscape of American crime and identifies some of the country’s most significant racial pathologies. In this new edition, each chapter is updated and revised, and two new chapters have been added. Enriched with twenty-five new cases, the explosive and troublesome chapter on ‘Racial Hoaxes’ demonstrates that ‘playing the race card’ is still a popular ploy. The Color of Crime is a lucid and forceful volume that calls for continued vigilance on the part of journalists, scholars, and policymakers alike. Through her innovative analysis of cases, ideological and media trends, issues, and practices that resonate below the public radar even in the new century, Russell-Brown explores the tacit and subtle ways that deviance is systematically linked to people of color. Her findings are impossible to ignore.
I don’t buy ‘Systemic Racism’ David, and I don’t buy ‘at a time when young black men are putting their lives on the line simply by jogging or going out to the corner store or driving around in cars to see friends”, which is a gross assumption based on very little evidence.
As an immigrant myself, if I see racism in the USA, I see it coming from the mouths of people like Michelle Obama and all the other political types who have jumped on some anti- Caucasian bandwagon.
I don’t think these people will be happy until they have torn down all the monuments to all the US’s great patriots like Washington, who was himself a slave owner and therefore ‘bad’. Well I have news for them; we are all the descendants of slaves and we are all, including you, discriminated against in some way. It’s just that we have no political movement telling us how much we are victims and how sorry we should feel for ourselves.
oh, I do ‘buy the existence of systemic racism’, after having read the works of Eustace Mullins, who lived in Virginia. And spent his lifetime exposing the unspeakable hypocrisy of the Eastern Establishment
Mullins’ explanation is pragmatic in the extreme : when the North prevailed in the War between the States, it took captive the entire Negro population from their previous owners, as spoils of war. Human beings who had been the property of other human beings higher up the caste system, became assets of the federal government. Of course it was up to the new owner, to sustain its human resources = feed them. House them. Give them the rudiments of an education.
As long as people who define demselves by skin color, prefer to remain dependent on their owner, they are resigned to being just another Social Security Number in the perpetual underclass. They can leave that plantation if they want to. Which is why the Race Hustlers and Poverty Pimps are the worst enemies of the Negro people … supplying them with excuses for personal failure = the constant chorus of “it’s all the white man’s fault”
Half a century ago Booker Whatley articulated the model which is succeeding today … small holders who learned how to do marketing. headlined $100,000 a year on 25 acres.
to the slings and arrows of reproach Joel Salatin’s best comeback would be : how come hundreds of thousands of white people are making a go of it, actualizing the Whatley plan – but black people are conspicuous by their absence in that business?
no … what’s going on is more of the same-old same-old covetousness hallmark of the commies : Mr Salatin is too rich. Too successful in conveying the ideals of white Christian America : self-reliance and govt. defiance
fortunately, Mr Salatin is savvy enough to be ready if the BLM mob comes up his driveway, intent on lootin’ and burning, they’ll find out the hard way how he cleaves to yet another one of the core values of white folks. Gun control means … hitting what you aim at
David, you seem to be propagating several myths in this piece. I will speak of one in particular, because it is factually wrong and thus easy to disprove. You wrote: “… George Floyd was murdered in Minneapolis by police”.
Au contraire, Floyd died of a self-inflicted overdose of fentanyl and methamphetamine. See https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/07/08/the-medical-examiners-report-of-george-floyds-death/. When Mr. Roberts first published that article, the medical examiners report was public, and I saw it, but the report was withdrawn shortly thereafter. Floyd had no life-threatening injuries to his neck or elsewhere.
You are just as responsible as the larger mass of journalists perpetuating the myth of “white racist murder”. Also, the police technique of knee-on-the neck as a means of restraint was taught by the Israelis to US policemen. It was first used by the Israelis against the Palestinians. How come no one ever mentions where that technique originated from? Not surprisingly, it was banned in Minneapolis after the Floyd incident.
Lynn_M, Hopefully you are not serious, but I fear you are.
actually, Lynn_M has the FACTS on her side.
How droll that you ring-in the ‘anti-semitism card’ so early. Giving away that you’re not at all interested in the accuracy – or not – of Mr Gumpert’s slur against Mr Salatin. No … ‘piling-on’ is illegal in highschool football >>>> despicable in any league. Yet normal, now, as what used to be called “journalism’ plumbs the depth of the very bottom of the barrel
John, I am serious and unfortunately the reality is that the Israelis trained US police how to use the knee-to-neck technique. And in many more cities than Minneapolis. The Israelis came to America and even sponsored American police travel to Israeli to be taught this technique.
https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/06/02/israelis-trained-the-minnesota-cop-how-to-kill/
So, let me see if I understand this….Israelis just came to Minneapolis out of the blue and trained American cops in chokeholds designed to kill, and then “sponsored” American cops from around the U.S. to travel to Israel for more of the same? Sounds a little like one of those Overseas Adventure Travel deals I recall from teen days, with a twist (as in Israel responsible for George Floyd murder). I looked at the link you provide, and as expected, Paul Craig Roberts provides no source….which tells me it’s likely either a figment of someone’s conspiracy imagination, or else occurred as some kind of broader training program paid for by feds, like perhaps U.S. Dept of Justice or U.S. Defense Department.
David, I guess you don’t know that Paul Craig Roberts is a former asst. secretary of Treasury, former Wall Street editor, former professor, and author of several books. I think he has a much higher standing as a journalist than I suspect you do, so I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss him as just peddling conspiracy. https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/pages/about-paul-craig-roberts/
Here are some other sources that talk about the Israelis training US police in knee on neck restraint. If you’re looking for mainstream media sources, I doubt if any of them would dare publish the truth.
https://israelpalestinenews.org/minn-cops-trained-by-israeli-police-who-often-use-knee-on-neck-restraint/
https://www.veteranstoday.com/2020/06/12/isra
https://careandwashingofthebrain.blogspot.com/2020/06/american-police-have-learned-neck.htmlel-knee/
And how about Floyd dying of fentanyl/meth overdose? Explain how he was murdered when he had no neck injuries? Get a copy of the autopsy report if you want a prime source.
One of the cardinal rules for reporting at the WSJ is to cite your sources; Roberts appears to have worked as an editorial writer, where the rules are a lot looser than on the news pages, where I worked–the main goal for editorial writers is to contradict anything that sounds vaguely “liberal.” Anyway, you’ve done some of his job for him, and it seems pretty clear that the training Israel provided was done under U.S. or state government contract. The cops there and elsewhere get training and equipment from multiple sources–our tax dollars at work.
All of that is an aside to the Floyd murder. The Israelis didn’t commit the murder, the cop(s) did, as Floyd gasped that he couldn’t breathe. Multiple videos showed it for the world to see. It’s still to be determined via a court trial as to whether one or more cops are found guilty.
Lynn_M, Are you going down the road of anti-semitism too ??
Hi Gordon – Thank you for your input on another book “color of crime”. The “Color of Law” is about the aspect of housing in the United States. For me personally (a multi generational American) it is shocking and enlightening.
John, you show your ignorance by wondering if I’m going down the road of anti-Semitism. A Semite is a member of any of the peoples who speak or spoke a Semitic language, including in particular the Jews and Arabs. The only reference I made to a Semite was that the Israelis used the knee-to-neck technique on the Palestinians. The Semites in that sentence are the Palestinians. Israel is a government entity, not a people. I differentiate the actions of a government from its people. Just as many foreigners say they like Americans but they don’t like what the American government does. The Israel lobby would like everyone to believe that being opposed to the actions of the Israeli government makes them an anti-Semite and therefore you’re a racist if you criticize something the Israeli government does. But then AIPAC strongly influences the US government and six Jewish companies control 96% of the world’s media. They don’t want us to think about the real meaning of being Semitic.
It pains me to think you are OK with what happened to Floyd, and I do not for a second believe that he did not die at the hands of police violence, AND, it is NOT a show of ignorance to ask you that question especially as you come across as blaming Floyd for his own death, a very racist comment as perceived by someone who is multi racial ( Put a sock in it Watson!!) I’ve lost a bit of respect for you, for what it is worth. Thank you for your comment David.
Lynn_M, Appears I am Not the one that is ignorant on the topic: an·ti-Se·mit·ic
/ˌan(t)ēsəˈmidik,ˌanˌtīsəˈmidik/
adjective
hostile to or prejudiced against Jewish people.
“anti-Semitic remarks were posted on the site”
on this topic, Herr Dutcher, you’re a child.
Before you open your yap again… revealing your ignorance, spend about a year studying materials on the website of Dr Henry Makow = a compilation of what the best minds of history have said … especially Jews
Watson, There is “something” horribly wrong with your brain. You are almost always “Way Out There in the Netherlands” somewhere.
Watson, I have already discredited your hero Makow as a total fake, give it up!!
John, you can’t seem to grasp the difference between a person’s race or ethnicity and their political organization. The #2 definition in my Webster’s dictionary says a Semite is “a member of a Caucasian race now chiefly represented by the Jews and Arabs”. The Jews are a people, not a particular government such as Israel. Also, the more politically correct modern definitions overlook the fact that Arabs are also Semite. To be hostile or prejudiced against Palestinians is also anti-Semitic.
Lynn-M, I will reiterate: : an·ti-Se·mit·ic
/ˌan(t)ēsəˈmidik,ˌanˌtīsəˈmidik/
adjective
hostile to or prejudiced against Jewish people.
“anti-Semitic remarks were posted on the site”
David, Floyd gasped that he couldn’t breathe when they put him in the back seat of the cruiser. Officer Chauvin recognized that as a symptom of fentanyl overdose. It happened before they laid him on the ground to keep him from thrashing around.
Lynn_M, Where do you get your information from? You sound as if you were present when this all went down.
John Dutcher, in reply to your comment that “It pains me to think you are OK with what happened to Floyd, and I do not for a second believe that he did not die at the hands of police violence”, this quote comes to mind: ” “When a man or woman is honestly mistaken and hears the truth, they will either quit being mistaken, or they will cease to be honest.”
Perhaps you’re stuck in mainstream programming. Here’s your chance to change your mind and be honest. The medical examiner’s report was posted here https://www.hennepin.us/-/media/hennepinus/residents/public-safety/documents/Autopsy_2020-3700_Floyd.ashx. Unfortunately the medical examiner took it down, but maybe someone familiar with how to use the Wayback Machine could bring it up again. In lieu of being able to see the actual report, a number of internet sources make reference to it. Tucker Carlson talks about it here: https://video.foxnews.com/v/6178223265001?playlist_id=5198073478001#sp=show-clips. He specifically references the ME report at 3:20.
See also https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/08/06/tucker-carlson-announces-george-floyd-fatally-overdosed-with-fentanyl-and-a-lawsuit-is-brought-to-force-release-of-hcq-to-the-public/. Dr. Roberts gives links to a number of other sources within that article. This one is noteworthy: https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/08/no_author/newly-released-george-floyd-body-cam-footage-should-make-keith-ellison-nervous/. If you were really interested in the truth, you could check out all the links in those articles and also look at the other hits on the internet regarding this subject.
Floyd had a level of fentanyl in his system that was about triple the fatal dose. Plus he had taken methamphetamine and other drugs. He had severe atherosclerotic disease. He did die at his own hand. I am not OK with all the rioting and destruction that took place as a result of the perpetuation of the falsity that he was murdered by the police.
Lynn-M, Tucker Carlson you say,LOL!! Not a credible source of anything.
https://www.npr.org/2020/09/29/917747123/you-literally-cant-believe-the-facts-tucker-carlson-tells-you-so-say-fox-s-lawyers
Excerpt: You Literally Can’t Believe The Facts Tucker Carlson Tells You. So Say Fox’s Lawyers Even Faux News lawyers say he can’t be trusted to tell the truth, and Fox is just that Faux.
You say Floyd had 3x the fatal dose of just fentanyl, that is just plain silly, if he did, he would have “Already” been dead. I read the lewrockwell.com article you gave, no proof of anything in that article, except that Floyd died. I also looked up Lewrockwell.com, a radical rightwing libertarian website. I do not believe Fringe” news sites such as that one. Two of those sites are dead. I don’t do videos online, period.
And, your quote: ( “When a man or woman is honestly mistaken and hears the truth, they will either quit being mistaken, or they will cease to be honest.”) is as silly as Floyd having 3x the fatal dose of…..
I used to have more respect for your point of view, until you came up with this fringe news crap, about as reliable of a source as Watson’s anti-semitic Jew, Makow.
All I can say is WOW!! Fringe ,way out there bullshit news sites are the new norm, it appears, as are those crazy assed fringe media sites like Parler, QAnon, etc.
Carry on you wayward soldiers, when you stick to “Facts”, you make interesting reads, when you get “Out There”, I just have to chuckle and shake my head in not only dismay, but also in amusement at the folks that “Believe” all that so very paranoid bullshit.
Thank you for raising a difficult subject, David. I can only hope that the current racial reckoning going on in our society will lead to improved interracial relations. I read your book Gouster Girl and enjoyed it a lot.
Much appreciated, Shana. Glad you enjoyed “Gouster Girl.”
Ditto on Gouster Girl, awesome sheet
I am sure what I’m about to say will be wildly unpopular as I have worked for/with Joel at Polyface for 12+ years and have been on the front lines with all of this and have corresponded with Chris Newman as well. Joel/Polyface has opened its doors to hundreds of thousands of visitors for over 30 years. All races, all religions, vegan, carnivore…everyone. A love of healing the land and a love of farming is the only expectation. Is he perfect? Of course not. Is there a lot he has to learn as well as UNLEARN? Absolutely. Don’t we all? So.much. And honestly I will tell you that 80% of the feedback from all of this is more generational than racial. Older people have A LOT of unlearning to do – as well as a new way of learning. I think Chris Newman is insanely smart, has a lot of great ideas and is an amazing writer. I followed him on social media for a long time before all of this happened. I invited he and his family to come to Polyface and have dinner and spend some time with us having a conversation. (he immediatley posted on social media laughing that “White Wendy had invited him to her white farm”) I was naive enough to think that a conversation between 2 FARMERS could be had and maybe some middle ground on how to move forward could start. I was naive to think them coming together could bring hope to an already divided nation. We’ve had several BIPOC farmers reach out to us with questions about this issue. Some mad, some confused but all willing to have a conversation with Joel and I’m happy to say a lot of hard conversations were had…some with tears but we’re all better for it and lifelong friendships have been made. I will continue to try to have the conversations. My family is a mix of Japanese, Scottish, African American and Native American. Our family gatherings are like the United Nations we say 🙂 We have been taught to love mankind and care for the earth. I will continue to try and be a bridge for more conversations. We have invited a man I admire very much, Lakota Warrior for Peace Tony Ten Fingers to visit the farm next year and bring blessings of peace and healing. We are hopeful he will be able to come!
Based on Chris Newman’s response to you Wendy it appears that his ego is interfering with any effort to have a constructive dialogue… and therein lies the all-encompassing predicament that we as human beings are faced with. Unfortunately, many of us do not realize the potential that awaits us if we could just set aside our pride and move forward with humility.
Where there is strife, there is pride, but wisdom is found in those who take advice. Proverbs 13:10
My Words are being withheld. I am shocked at what I read here.
David…. Covid denial!?! We need socialized medicine with an emphasis on mental health very very badly.
You can believe what you want Mark… just don’t attempt to force that belief on others. In Canada where “socialized medicine” has been realized such an approach only sanctions and funds the conventional disease driven model that, as you are well aware, has flat out banned the sale of raw milk.
Consider this as an example of socialized medicine Mark,

“That’s funny. Yeah same,” replies Ontario’s top doctor and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. David Williams.”

COVID-19: Americans are in ‘delusional psychosis’ and policing each other psychiatrist warns By Lianne Laurence
November 28, 2020 — America is on the verge of being “lost” because many of its citizens are suffering from a “delusional psychosis” and so fearful that they are turning on each other to enforce “nonsensical” coronavirus restrictions, a California psychiatrist has warned.
“We don’t need a police force. We don’t need a secret Stasi to go after the neighbor that isn’t wearing his mask on a park bench. We have families who are willing to do that,” Dr. Mark McDonald said last month during a summit on the virus. “We have office workers [who] will come by and mace you if you are not wearing a mask, and no one will come to your rescue. In fact, they’ll probably applaud it.”
A child and adolescent psychiatrist in private practice in West Los Angeles. Dr. Mark McDonald made his remarks during the virtual Truth Over Fear Summit organized by Catholic broadcaster Patrick Coffin.
The “driving force of the coronavirus pandemic and the hysteria” around it is fear, McDonald said at the summit. This fear has now “grown and become so entrenched that it has reached a state of what I would call delusional psychosis. A delusion is a fixed false belief that is contrary to reality,” he added.
“Fear has become a new virtue. Never before in the history of this country have we told people that fear is good,” or to “settle into” those fears and allow them “to control and constrain your life,” said McDonald, who spoke at the American Front Line Doctors White Coat Summits in July and October.
Moreover, Americans “who are either afraid, or who have been fed lies and misinformation for months now, have grown to not only feel afraid, but also to believe that what they are being told is true, which is primarily that all of us are at equal risk of catching a virus and dying from it,” McDonald said.
“This is demonstrably untrue. It is a lie, in fact. And we’ve known that it’s a lie for about six months, and yet people have come to believe it.”
While there was “a lot of infection” from the coronavirus, there was “very, very little death or hospitalization outside of very specific populations,” McDonald said. “Less than one percent of the population accounts for over 90 percent of all the deaths,” which occur in people “over age 70, mostly over age 80, with at least two and a half to three comorbidities, according to the CDC,” he added.
“Other than that group of people, we really are not at risk of hospitalization or death in any meaningful way from this virus, certainly less than we are of standard influenza.”
Most disturbingly, the pandemic “hysteria” has reached the stage of “going beyond fear, going beyond the crazy itself, to what I would call group control,” he said.
As a result, Americans are policing themselves to such an extent that governments have “dialed down” enforcement of ongoing lockdowns and restrictions by “multiple notches,” he observed.
He related personal incidents as examples.
During a recent flight on Delta Airlines, a “furious” flight attendant “castigated me” for drinking water for more than three minutes, and continued to “hound” him throughout the flight, McDonald related. When the plane reached its destination, McDonald was “escorted off” and interviewed by a station manager. Two weeks later, he received a letter from Delta banning him from flights “in perpetuity,” or until the airline withdrew its mask mandate.
Moreover, McDonald was later told by the person he was traveling with that “all the passengers erupted into applause” after he was escorted off the plane, because “their anxiety was relieved by me being punished for not appropriately wearing the mask as requested, as demanded.”
During another flight, McDonald went to the galley for some water, and an attendant on her break offered to get him some, but was berated by an on-duty flight attendant for not wearing a mask.
“This colleague attacking colleague, passenger attacking passenger” is a “type of behavior I’ve never, ever seen before. I was stunned,” McDonald said.
“So the end result of this: what appears to me is a country which is using its own citizens as a de facto police force, very similar to communist China, that has a social point system in place where neighbor informs on neighbor, family informs on family,” he said. “This has a terribly damaging effect on our society.”
He said that while misinformation is a root cause of the pandemic hysteria, Americans are also at fault for their “laziness” about educating themselves. When the pandemic was first declared, McDonald had “patience” with people because they were “confused” by all the conflicting information, but his sympathy has run out. “There is readily available information on all platforms of the Internet, social media that any reasonably intelligent and literate person can find and evaluate and critically analyze,” he said.
So widespread and so rooted is this delusional psychosis that “when I leave my home or leave my office every day, I have to prepare myself for the inevitable experience of what I would call the ‘outdoor insane asylum,’” McDonald said.
The experience “reminds me of my time that I spent in residency where I would go through a locked unit door, the door shut behind me, and I’d have to remind myself that anyone not wearing a badge behind that door is crazy,” added McDonald. “Now I have to do the same when I’m out in public, because my assumption is that any person that I run into is insane.”
McDonald also warned things could get much worse. “With a positive outcome in the election, with the removal of those who wish to destroy the country and the election of those who wish to preserve it, we have a fighting chance, but we need a virtuous populace as well, not just a virtuous governing body,” McDonald said at the summit, which took place a few days before the election.
“We need a people who believe in and cherish freedom as a virtue, rather than fear. Never before in the history of this country has fear been enshrined as a virtue. If it stays this way and we don’t address it and redress it, we are lost.”
We in the USA, have an intellectual crisis, nationwide. It is very sad to see so many people believing in all these totally “KeeRazy conspiracy theories!! If even half of them were true, Most of the US population would already be dead. QAnon, Parler, the election is rigged BS, all the extreme religious websites, and more, are prime examples of how willfully ignorant a great percentage of Americans have become. A vast majority “believe” all these nutcase conspiracy theorists, but when science comes into play, the Science is bullshit, according to many ignorant people. A very broad failure of the American education system, but as with many other of our “systems” ,the money needed to shore up our infrastructure has been diverted to Wall street, GM, Chrysler, pharmaceutical corp.,etc. instead of investing in our crumbling infrastructure and the future of our country. America just keeps “Trying” to make trickle down economics work, it won’t work, never has worked and never will work for the American people. I do not see Biden as our great rescuer, BUT, he is much more intelligent than Donald Trump, knows how to work “With” other people, and is about a hundred steps up from Trump in calmness, logic, much less selfish, not near as huge of an ego and has a much better understanding of human beings than Trump could “Ever” manage to understand. Trump has “Always” been a dolt and in a very humorous way, makes G.W. Bush look like an astrophysicist, LOL!! And, preemptively, stuff it Watson!!
Thank you, Wendy, for sharing your experiences with Polyface, Joel Salatin, Chris Newman, and others. Not to over dramatize, but your outreach, frustrations, successes, setbacks, etc. are emblematic of the fact that race remains the third rail of our culture. It’s hobbled our society for centuries now. I like to see hope in the fact that we are talking about it in ways that are more frank and candid than we have in the past, but that doesn’t make it less daunting when you are in the middle of it, as you have been.
Of course, the comment from Chris Newman (“he immediately posted on social media laughing that ‘White Wendy had invited him to her white farm’ “) stuck out at me, and I tried to locate it but couldn’t, because I wanted to see the context. I don’t want to try to excuse it because it sounds pretty offensive, yet I think it’s important to know the context. I did find an essay by Newman written three years ago, about his views on his identity as a black farmer in a white world, and here’s a little of what he said that relates to Joel Salatin and other white farmers:
“Many of your competitors learned their trade in the family, or by apprenticing with farms that make their discomfort with non-White employees clear, if not explicit. The older farmers are part of one club that enjoys conservative-libertarian politics, Bluegrass, and Sunday school; the younger farmers are part of another club that enjoys yoga, artisan coffee houses, democratic socialism, and whipping out the guitar at house parties. Your Black ass belongs to neither.
“Your club is back in D.C., Baltimore, Richmond, and Norfolk, wondering aloud just why in the Hell a college-educated Negro is volunteering for the damn plantation. You, the Black farmer, a member of neither club and a friendless cultural alien, will have to make these folks comfortable enough to work with you. Sooner or later you’re going to have to borrow equipment or trade labor or buy hay or whatever from/with other farmers — you can’t let on to those old timers that you strongly identify with BlackLivesMatter, or let it drop to those young guys that you, like most Black people, don’t trust Bernie Sanders… unless you want to deliver a 30 minute sermon on race to a congregation of people who, in the best case, would have to be prepped for weeks like garden soil in order to germinate new ideas about racism that won’t wither in the relentless heat of Black reality.
“And if you think you can just keep your mouth shut and not bring it up, stop dreaming. Having had so few interactions with Black people, liberal and conservative White farmers alike will invariably say things or ask questions to probe your stance on various personal/political issues on race in the rhetorical equivalent of asking to touch your hair. You have to politely demure or deflect, or risk delivering that sermon and ending up alienated from your fellow farmers when all you wanted to do was load up your straw bales and get home before the next Klan rally starts.”
It’s pretty provocative reading and begins to provide a context for what you’re experiencing. Not saying anyone is “right” or “wrong,” but that’s not the point, I sense. It’s more about moving outside our own experiences and conditioning, and trying to see the world through the eyes of others.

“our own experiences and conditioning world through the eyes of others”, sounds like my life as it was and then it’s gone like you and me. How long do you expect to live? I’m 66 and expect 2-20 more if I’m lucky.
Wendy, my family is too a mix of mutts and I very much admire American Indians and life as it should be, wish I’d been there done that, United Nations love is all there is after we’re gone and done.
I recently had an interesting conversation with my wife, a decendent of the Astors as in Waldorf/Astoria about where and who you were born. My side of the family were from Northern Africa/Morocco France (Biscay bay) and Spain since they conquered/ruled the land (Angola, Mozambique, Guinea, Timor, Brasil etc) way back when transportation meant ships. I was not a history fan but have become one to try and understand where we come from. Wife’s dad owned a speakeasy in NYC and sold out moved North when he figured prohibition was coming to an end so he migrated to Nova Scotia and met his future wife, my mother-in-law. School teacher, just like my my mom was and I became in a modern techno world. I remember DOS 3.1, early Windows ( I worked with the developers/programmers) and for years installed/maintained/worked on memory modules developed at Draper Labs Cambridge and built at Honeywell facilities in SLC, Clearwater FL, and Canada hubs. Be what you are and pass it on is what I teach my son. There you go, my life in a capsule. Resume to follow except, I’m not looking to get hired or work for anyone anytime I have left in this life, or the next.
I am that I am no more no less https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/style/longterm/books/chap1/jewishpower.htm we are all mutts/nuts

Government’s acting like bullies…
“Riverside County CA sheriff releases video SLAMMING Gov. Newsom”
https://thepostmillennial.com/riverside-county-ca-sheriff-releases-video-slamming-gov-newsom
Sheriffs in the U.S. take an oath to uphold the law, this Sheriff is failing miserably, Sheriffs do NOT write the laws, Sheriffs do NOT pass the laws and Sheriffs do NOT get to choose which laws they will enforce and which ones they will not enforce. This Sheriff should be removed from office for not following law enforcement guidelines.
Every Sheriff in your country that I’ve herd speak say take an oath to uphold the constitution… I believe they call it the “doctrine of interposition — whenever anybody is trying to diminish or violate the individual rights”.
As the following article states,
“Ideologies aside, elected sheriffs have extraordinary freedom to pick and choose which laws to enforce.
“They have an enormous amount of autonomy,” says Holman. “I’m not sure that there is another office that is a common office that has anywhere like the level of autonomy that sheriffs have.””
No doubt tyrants would like nothing better then to see that check and balance doctrine undermined.
Ken, do you have an article you were going to cite?
Sorry about that, hear it is…
.https://wamu.org/story/19/02/21/when-sheriffs-wont-enforce-the-law/
Ken, don’t get carried about the power of the sheriff. We’ve seen a few cases with sheriffs in pursuit of farmers, and sometimes it works out better than others. For example, an Indiana farmer, David Hochstetler, got out of a major jam involving a federal grand jury a few years back thanks to help from his local sheriff. But I remember the sheriff explaining to me that while he could disagree with the Department of Justice, he was obliged to serve search and arrest warrants that were issued under constitutional guidelines, regardless of what he thought.

David,
We need more police officers like those Sheriffs in your country and these ones in Canada to use their God given conscience and take a stand for fundamental rights rather than enforce the dictates of foolhardy and arrogant politicians…

We are a group of concerned retired and active duty peace officers looking to see the end of unconstitutional public health orders. Read our initial letter below.

Citizens of Ontario, Ontario’s Chiefs of Police,
Police Associations, Premier of Ontario,
Ministry of the Attorney General,
Ministry of the Solicitor General,
Municipal Politicians, Public Health Officials
21st December 2020
I am a Police Officer and know many other officers that support the following message.
After the unfortunate events in Calgary, the time for action is now. I have serious concerns over Premier Ford’s decision to expand further restrictions that put law enforcement officers in an untenable situation that must be avoided.
For 10 months public officials and bureaucrats have been operating with arbitrary emergency powers that often violate the fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Everyday Premier Ford, Mayor Tory, and politically appointed bureaucrats are on television, radio, and in the newspapers, calling on Ontarians to slowly allow all civil liberties to be taken away.
What I have seldom seen is any comment by those in positions of Law Enforcement and the Judicial System addressing the lawfulness of these measures, or on the grave consequences they create.
I am calling on the following stakeholders to immediately meet independently from Politicians and Bureaucrats: The Ontario Chiefs of Police, Police Associations, members of the Ministry of the Attorney General including Crown Attorneys, Judges, Justices of the Peace, and Constitutional lawyers.
Please collaborate and deliver clear and concise direction to the men and women in Law Enforcement. Until this happens, a moratorium needs to be declared on the enforcement of public health orders by peace officers. 10 months has been far to long for this not to have happened.
Are police officers supposed to uphold the Charter which they have taken an oath to protect? Or do Municipal By Laws now supersede the Constitution?
At a time when the public trust in police has nearly eroded beyond repair this is of paramount importance. The citizens of Ontario deserve transparency from the officials they have elected, as well as from the police that are sworn to serve and protect. This is not an unreasonable request.
What happened in Calgary cannot happen again. Never in my life did I think I would see police officers threatening to taser and arrest kids playing pond hockey.
Robert F Kennedy Jr says
“The CDC is not an independent agency. It is a vaccine company. The CDC owns over 20 vaccine patents. It sells about 4.6 Billion dollars of vaccines every year”.
Thus > the CDC’s opposition to raw milk makes sense … the directing mind of that racket knows full well that raw milk builds strong personal immunity. No wonder that – as seemingly tiny as we are – it sees the Campaign for REAL MILK as its competition
good overview of the terrain theory contrasted with germ theory on Dr Makow’s website today
https://www.henrymakow.com/
Modern Western medicine is based on Germ Theory. We have accepted it into our narrative in the same way we have embraced taxes and war. It just is.
Germ Theory posits that we become ill when infected by micro-organisms in our external environment. It makes sense; there is a whole industry built upon it. On further investigation, we find that Germ Theory was debunked in 1918 when the Boston Health Department failed to infect 300 healthy patients with the Spanish Flu; they could not intentionally replicate the virus.
It is said that not a single virus has been proven to exist, and that in order for a virus to be correctly identified, it has to be isolated, reproduced, and shown that symptoms develop in line with expectation (known as the Koch’s Postulates test). This has reportedly never taken place.
In 2017, German microbiologist Dr Stefan Lanka offered €100,000 to anyone who could prove the existence of the measles virus. There was an initial claim but it was overturned by the Supreme Court due to the composite nature of the evidence – meaning it was a faked image, made from different components of damaged cells.
You’d think medical students and rookie scientists would be falling over themselves to claim the money, but they weren’t and have not been able to do so. The work of Antoine Béchamp may offer an explanation. Using high-magnification microscopes, Béchamp was able to see bacteria and other material coming out from cells (endogenous), rather than entering them (exogenous).
they could not intentionally replicate the virus. Watson, that statement is so outstanding, NO SHIT they could NOT replicate the virus, it was 1918. AND,Henry Makow is a total nutcase ( a.k.a. Scrotum!!)!!
Just for you Watson, https://jvi.asm.org/content/83/11/5296
Here ya go Watson,it was NOT a virus, but a bacteria they tried to infect people with, one cannot infect a human with a virus using a bacteria, LOL!! Like I said earlier Makow is a total nutcase: https://hms.harvard.edu/magazine/pandemic/grip-disease
Under the auspices of the U.S. Public Health Service and the Navy, Rosenau and his colleagues, in an effort to “determine the mode of spread of influenza,” tried to infect military volunteers with Pfeiffer’s bacillus at a makeshift infirmary on Gallops Island in Boston Harbor. When the “trials proved negative,” he wrote, “we became bolder.” The scientists gave each of the volunteers “a very large quantity of a mixture of thirteen different strains of the Pfeiffer bacillus, some of them obtained recently from the lungs at necropsy.” They also inoculated the men with specimens taken from the throats and noses of influenza patients and later with the patients’ blood. Still no symptoms, so next the volunteers shook hands with, talked with, and were coughed on by the actively ill. They remained
Just the very opposite. Since a Sherriff of a county in the US of A is “the Shire Reeve”, elected directly by the People thus immediately responsible to them, he’s best positioned to determine how a law ought to be enforced, if at all. Discretion is a crucial element of good policing
in Vancouver British Columbia, we’ve had 3 freedom rallies in the last 4 months. Each time, the Vancouver Police escort a thousand marchers through downtown. Each of those events was categorically ILLEGAL according to the Public Health Orders. First time, I went up to Sgt. Roberts officer in charge on the ground at the Art Gallery public square. I said “are you going to hand out violation notices ?” He said “we’ve decided not to issue tickets today because the Charter* is higher than the Public Health Act” direct Quote * the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Part of the constitution of the Dominion of Canada.
On Dec 05, with over 50 cops in attendance, I spoke with Sgt. Roberts again. Asking if they were going to issue Violation Notices. He said “it’s an open air event. And besides, I forgot my ticket book”. He laughed as his fellow officer said “and none of us can spell”
The Man with the Gun is on our side, so the Covidiots in high places can just “get stuffed” as my old man used to say.
Yesterday, a friend whose son-in-law is in the RCMP, told me that the Mounties are now quietly refusing to issue the Violation Notices / tickets for breaching the Orders. The outrage at disgracing demselves by barging-in to a church service in Chilliwack on Dec 06, might have had something to do with that. The Mounties declining to act as political police, is corroborated by the Premier of BC announcing that all public officials will be empowered to hand out such tickets.
The freshly-sworn-in NDP govt. is coming un-glued before the ink is dry on their fatass pension contracts>
It’ll be fun seeing what transpires this coming Saturday at noon in Downtown Victoria BC, as we exercise our right to assemble on the public sidewalk outside the head office of the Min. de Health. Singing “you can shove that KronaVirus up yr arse, Bonnie Henry!” to the tune of = she’ll be comin’ round the mouintain
David, I wrote a comment on December 5 in response to John Dutcher. It is still awaiting moderation. Have you started censoring?
Lynn, I just approved the comment. It got by me. Not sure why you immediately assume “censoring.”
David, I would expect that after many weeks (months, years) you have a good idea who to trust without censorship. I too occasionally have to wait for “moderation” why? I don’t want to be a moderator, just be able to post on a timeline not days/weeks later.
Ora, most comments are posted without moderation. The system sets aside some comments for moderation based on a number of factors, such as whether the individuals have ever been approved for posting or whether they have some number of external links (which can include regular posters), for example. Among those that have never posted before, I need to figure out whether the post is legitimate or spam. In any event, I don’t always go through that set-aside group right away, so occasionally something from a regular poster gets delayed.
Fair enough David, we don’t want to bog you down and you do a terrific job so please don’t think I’m complaining on the contrary I’m praising your hands off approach. Didn’t realize external links are a trigger but if it’s relevant to the thread I will post them, don’t mind at all if you scan after all it’s your site and therefore your control / responsibility.
https://www.foodsafetynews.com/2020/12/report-details-2019-french-stec-raw-milk-cheese-outbreak/
High rate of HUS in children under 5.
“Cheeses were distributed to 33 countries, but no additional cases were reported.” I wonder why were there only cases in France and not in any of the other 33 countries the cheeses went to.
There could have been many cases in other countries, but they never connected the dots.
Mary, your thesis of not connecting the dots in other countries seems unlikely to me. I would think departments of health in various countries, especially in the EU, would be sending out alerts to each other if HUS was occurring. But the report doesn’t give us the volume of this particular cheese that was sold in France vs. shipped to other countries, so maybe the proportion shipped out of France was small. I am more suspicious that something happened within the French supply chain that led to spoilage.
what a ridiculous example of “an argument from silence” … yeah, and the pathogens COULD HAVE been interposed in to the food supply chain by interplanetary aliens, too Mary McG Martin …. you are really grasping at straws for a hook on which to hang your perpetual attack on REAL MILK.
Bucky Fuller taught us that “humans can learn at any age”. See if you can put down your obsession long enough to grasp why governments in nearly every country in the world, allow raw milk cheeses in commerce. Because the benefit of the nutrition in those foodstuffs, outweighs harms done.
same argument proffered by the diabolical vaggzine racket. Even their own literature admits that vaxxines are less than 100% “effective”. Meanwhile they sure won’t talk about the adverse effects. Such as DEATH
apologists for the Vaxxeen industry will tell you that = benefit to the ‘herd’ outweighs damages done to individuals. Think about the odds involved in that line, next time you pony-up a few bucks for a lottery ticket. Feeling especially lucky today?
Excellent article… Now how do we convince medical bureaucrats and politicians to drop this foolhardy, narrow minded belligerent focus on a microbe that has in fact not been isolated or visualized…
“Lockdowns Do Not Control the Coronavirus: The Evidence”
https://www.aier.org/article/lockdowns-do-not-control-the-coronavirus-the-evidence/
“The question is whether lockdowns worked to control the virus in a way that is scientifically verifiable. Based on the following studies, the answer is no and for a variety of reasons: bad data, no correlations, no causal demonstration, anomalous exceptions, and so on. There is no relationship between lockdowns (or whatever else people want to call them to mask their true nature) and virus control.”
You’d think these police officers would have more pressing things to do then arrest/harass young boys playing hockey on an outdoor ice surface…

“Note that none of the most brutal lockdown governors, from Cuomo through Whitmer, were up for reelection this year. Presumably, they feel free to play the tyrant and even break their own rules like autocrats of old because they know their political careers are over already. Joking! They are counting on continuing Covid misdirections long enough to emerge as heroes, instead of the zeroes they actually are. (Or, maybe, they know they will win reelection even if nobody votes for them?)”
Ken,
Totally agree. Some cops are Just little people with big problems. One of the reasons I retired from paramedic medicine was because I was sick and tired of patching up broken people at the hands of total asshole Cops. They are trained to be enforcers instead of resolvers. Enforcement with pain and tools of torture.
I don’t trust one of them. I stay clear of them. Distance is your best friend with cops. I am so glad to see I Phone video technologies that tell the story so well.
Sadly, there are very good cops that use entirely different interpersonal tools to do their jobs. Those good cops get lost with the no so good.
Mary,
Are French raw cheeses aged 60 days? I don’t think they are.
If they are not aged 60 days then don’t compare them to American raw cheeses. It’s not a fair comparison.
It is easy to test for ecoli pathogens. BAX PCR returns results in 12-14 hours. Extremely accurate. Standards are the issue here.
On the host side, today’s host ( human consumer ) is missing the thick mucosal layer in the gut. This allows the ecoli pathogens to connect with gut tissues and do their shigatoxin thing.
Today’s modern diets and antibiotics have destroyed this protective mucosal
Lining. It’s a powerful and missing part of the human host innate immune system.
When society is so stupid and so resistant to protective behaviors ( mask wearing, social distancing, delay of family gatherings etc ) then a states leadership appears to be dictatorial when those behaviors are mandated! Cause people can not do those behaviors by themselves !
I am so sick of Californians bashing our governor. All he is trying to do is protect lives. Our ICUs are completely full. Yet…. citizens call 911 for paramedics when they can not breath. Where do paramedics go to find a hospital?! There are none.
This is about personal responsibility for your own health and protecting the health of others. Our country has not made personal responsibility Or personal choices a cultural foundation for citizenship.
Totally sick and tired of Covid deniers. It’s the ultimate In denialism and selfishness. It’s the ultimate expression of failing science in grade school plus a big dose of Trumpish Cultism.
Biden will be our next president and we will build to a better and smarter new normal.
Ken…. I disagree with you. Covid has been very well defined and it’s whole genome has been mapped. Stop perpetuating conspiracy theories based on denial and life on Earth 2. The MRNA vaccine could not have been developed if the Covid virus had not been described and genomically mapped.
We live on earth 1. The only one we have.
more than a bit annoying to see this forum become a soapbox for stunted adolescent politicking, way off topic. Moreso now that Mark McAffee is a Covidiocy apologist
Other days, you demand science Marky. So humble thy-self to consider what the best minds on the planet have to say… outclassing your streetlevel experience by several orders of magnitude.
I could swamp this forum with hundreds of articles from people with impeccable credentials, who have the opposite opinion. But I won’t.
one will suffice : the genome sequence you proffer was concocted by “donut science”. nothing at its centre. To this day, there is no real isolate of Covid 19. Nothing but numbers generating a chimera
here’s just the intro to an article which puts the boots to the premise of the entire HOAX
………….
Scientists show COVID tests are ‘useless’, are based on ‘flawed science’
The ‘worldwide misdiagnosis of infections’ stemming from the tests has resulted in ‘stringent lockdowns which have destroyed many people’s lives and livelihoods,’ the scientists argue.
December 10, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — The original scientific paper establishing RT-PCR tests as the way to identify COVID-19 in individuals, thus fueling the lockdowns across the globe, has been thoroughly debunked by scientists, who call the tests “useless” and “completely unsuitable” to find COVID-19, given they were developed without even having access to the virus itself.
The recently published report examined the original Corman-Drosten paper, in which Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR/PCR) tests were proposed as a validated means to detect COVID-19. The protocol proposed is used in around 70% of tests globally and by over one hundred governments. These tests promptly became the motivating factor behind the international phenomenon of nation-wide lockdowns, as cases of the virus were reported to rise.
But a group of 22 independent scientists, termed the International Consortium of Scientists in Life Sciences (ICSLS), have studied and reviewed the Corman-Drosten (CD) paper, finding “numerous technical and scientific errors,” noting that neither the “test nor the manuscript itself fulfils the requirements for an acceptable scientific publication.”
They dubbed the CD paper as “flawed science” and called its authors “intellectually dishonest.”

Mark,
They have not isolated a virus per se… The current PCR tests provides ambiguous evidence at best of the presence of RNA, but no information about whether the individual is infectious…All that has been isolated is a fragment of RNA that someone has decided based on its similarity to the Coronavirus genome is a novel coronavirus, aka SARS CoV-2.
As Dr. Lee Merritt in her August 2020 Doctors for Disaster Preparedness1 lecture, featured in “How Medical Technocracy Made the Plandemic Possible,” she states, Medically speaking, a “case” refers to a sick person. It never ever referred to someone who had no symptoms of illness. Now all of a sudden, this well-established medical term, “case,” has been arbitrarily redefined to mean someone who tested positive for the presence of noninfectious viral RNA… That is not epidemiology. That’s fraud.”
And again, Physicians for Informed Consent state, “Did you know that individuals who are not infectious from COVID-19 (despite exposure or past diagnosis) may carry RNA fragments that result in a positive RT-PCR test?
‘A systematic review published by the University of Oxford: “Complete live viruses are necessary for transmission, not the fragments identified by PCR. Prospective routine testing of reference and culture specimens and their relationship to symptoms, signs and patient co-factors should be used to define the reliability of PCR for assessing infectious potential. Those with high cycle threshold are unlikely to have infectious potential.”

The whole genome sequence for Covid 19.
And Covid is not a virus and this plandemic was caused by 5 G micro wave exposure.
Merry Christmas friends.
Drink your Raw Kefir, take Hugh dose vitamin C, D and Zinc and eat your whole foods. Get the MRNA vaccine Shot as soon as you can.
The sociopathic naked emperor is almost gone. We dodged the fascist bullet by a quarter inch.
Never again. Never !
Mark, Merry Christmas to you David and to all who frequent this site… The vitamins and zinc I will certainly take, but to the germaphobes dismay I will drink raw milk and eggnog made with raw eggs and raw milk, continue to not wear a mask, participate as little as possible in this insane lockdown and I will definitely not be taking the mRNA vaccine.
promoting healing with Raw milk kefir, out of one side of thy mouth, then urging people to receive the MNRA death potion? What an oxymoron. A doubleminded man is unstable in all his ways
after 6 + years on this forum, one would suppose that you’d have realized that fans of REAL MILK are – almost without exception – refuse-niks when it comes to having poison pumped into our veins. There’s good reason why those issues are inter-related. Mark McAffee ? Are your really THAT ignorant of the damage done by inoculation with whatever’s in this year’s model from Big Pharma? Even a cursory reading of the adverse effects of vagzinashun sobers-up even the most callous member of the Cult of the White Robe. And that’s just in America, where damaged children damaged by the poisoned needle get some kind of recognition. In Africa and India, where Bill Gates’ Planned Barrenhood operates like a robberBarron , the damage is in the millions of tragedies. With no recourse. But of course those were just “useless eaters” anyway, in your book, eh? What’s the connection? Bill Gates’ father ran Planned Parenthood ; examining its mission statement, right back to Margaret Sanger, is most edifying. Depopulating the planet – especially getting rid of “human weeds’ which she identified as Negros … is what they do. It would be news to you that the high officials in the 3rd Reich came to the US of A and got taught by Margaret Sanger as to how to go about her Plan for Peace, in which sterilizing children at source via vagzination was the hidden agenda. Thus, as a promoter of vagzination, you’ve thrown in your lot with some of the major perpetrators of crimes against humanity
Guardasil being the latest example of how the medical mafia betrayed children for profit. The MNRA aftermath will make Guardasil look like just a dry run for the wickedness articulated in Agenda 2030
By Guy Crittenden
I happen to know a thing or two about masks and safety. Why? Because for 25 years I was the editor of an award-winning trade journal magazine called HazMat Management that covered such topics as pollution prevention and compliance with health and safety laws. We routinely published articles on masks, gloves, respirators and other forms of personal protective equipment. ( PPE ). Now let me tell you a few things about that mask you’re wearing. And please note that what I’m about to share was also stated in the most recent edition of Del Bigtree’s program “The Highwire” when two OSHA mask experts spoke to the fact that the kinds of masks people are wearing were never (never ) designed to be worn for long periods and doing so is very harmful.
The blue typical mask depicted in the photograph contain Teflon and other chemicals. A Facebook friend reminds us : 1. Masks are “sterilized” with Ethylene Oxide – a known carcinogen. Many teachers in various school boards have been experiencing significant symptoms as a direct result of the effects of this chemical. 2. The masks contain ( not sprayed with ) PTFE which makes up Teflon along with other chemicals. I found and have posted the US patents to allow manufacturers to use PTFE as a filter in commercial masks … breathing those for extended periods of time can lead to lung cancer.
Don’t agree? Argue with the experts at OSHA, which is the main US agency, i.e. its Occupational Health & Safety Agency. These masks are meant to be worn only for short periods, like say if you’re sanding a table for an hour and don’t want to inhale sawdust. They don’t do anything whatsoever to stop the spread of any virus, and the emerging science virology now understands that viruses aren’t even passed person to person. I know that sounds incredible, but it’s the case that the virus is in the air, you breathe it in, there’s no way to prevent that short of living in an oxygen tent, and if you have a strong immune system you’ll be fine, and if you have a weak immune system you may have to deal with the effects of your immune system working to restore balance within your metabolism.
so let’s say you don’t wear the blue packaged masks, and instead wear a homemade cloth mask – the kind people wear over and over and hang on their rearview mirror and so on. Those masks are completely useless against a virus, and are also very dangerous. OSHA would never condone a person wearing a mask of this kind for anything more than the shortest time. Re-breathing your own viral debris is dangerous to health, and the oxygen deprivation children suffer wearing such masks all day will certainly cause brain damage. I’m not making this up. Again, you might say, ‘ Guy, you’re not a doctor. ‘ True, but I did edit that magazine for 25 years. That’s a long time and many articles on masks and PPE. I’ve attended numerous OH&S conferences and listened to experts discussing these matters.
You may hear people saying that surgeons wear masks like this all day. Um, no. No they don’t. They’re trained in the proper use of masks, which is to wear them in the OR, then dispose of the mask when they leave that room. Are you aware that operating rooms are actually supplied extra =oxygen, to compensate for the reduction in oxygen flow from mask wearing? To my mind, it’s criminal ( not hyperbole ) to force children to wear masks all day. Setting aside the very real psychological effects, we’re going to have a generation of brain damaged children. Ever heard the expression “Not enough oxygen at birth” ? That’s a joke at the expense of a mentally-challenged person, but that’s literally what we’re doing. And we’re told it’s to “keep us safe” ! We’re told this by doctors who actually don’t know about PPE and laypeople who have no clue.
So, you can choose to believe me or not, but I was the editor for a quarter of a century of a magazine that had a strong occupational and health and safety mandate, and I can tell you that the mask wearing currently mandated by governments and private businesses offers no health benefit whatsoever, in no way protects you or anyone else from any virus, and actually does you damage beyond wearing it for a few minutes.
Got that? Good. Now please share this message and get the conversation going with parents, who must end this masking of children immediately. This is a very serious matter. And related to that, let me just state this doesn’t end for me when the lockdown ends or the masking ends. No, this ends for me when every politician and bureaucrat who inflicted this travesty, this crime against humanity, on the population of Canada ( and other affected countries ) is in the dock, and faces their misdeeds in a court of law.
And as for those of you who have put masks on young children, I will have a long memory on that score. A very long memory
END NOTE : The CDC and WHO have acknowledged that asymptomatic people do
not spread the virus, so the case for masks for such people is moot in the first place
Lifesitenews, another wacko news site.
https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/life-site-news/
Overall, we rate LifeSiteNews far right biased based on story selection that always favors evangelical Christianity and Mixed for factual reporting due to a few failed fact checks.
here are some of their news stories that were fake:
Failed Fact Checks
Target is donating $100,000 to “promote gay lifestyles to school children.” – MOSTLY FALSE
Parents in California are not allowed to pull their children out of sexual education classes. – MOSTLY FALSE

“Johns Hopkins study mysteriously disappears after it revealed, in spite of COVID, no more deaths in 2020 than in prior years” – INACCURATE
I just cannot buy into these paranoid conspiracy theory fake news sites, http://www.aier.org is almost as bad as this site for spreading false news.
Ken,
I totally respect your choice to not be vaccinated and drink your raw milk. The gut micro biome And the Whole Foods that feed it and strong immune system function is the best protection from all sorts of things.
I have been doing some homework. It is profound that being : Age over 65, BMI over 35 and commorbities are very closely correlated to death from Covid. Ie…. if you are obese, are older and have illnesses.
Mask wearing decreases the risk of contracting Covid by 50%. Social distancing is a no brainer. If you are not close then it’s near impossible to get Covid. It’s airborne.
As for me, I will most probably be getting a Covid vaccination when it comes my turn. I don’t see the downside risk. That’s months from now. Before me it’s going to be the nurses, doctors, first responders, the aged, the high risk etc.
Vaccination risks ( Historically ) are associated with having a depressed immune system, multiple vaccinations in one shot and youth. When kids are dosed with so many shots quickly in the first few years of life combined with plenty of antibiotics, Roundup residues and garbage foods plus sugar…. yes, that is not a good combination for kids. Autism, brain toxicity and heavy metal overload and Leakey gut result. I totally agree.
The m-RNA vaccination is very different. It is not a dead or attenuated virus. It uses an entirely different pathway.
In six months we will see if there are issues with this new Messenger RNA approach. At that time healthy people can chose to get theirs. That’s when I will make my final decision. I want to travel to EU and Canada. I can assure you that jet travel and immigration serves will require a Covid vac cert.
I know too many healthy people that have been effected by Covid and it’s very very serious.
I am a maximum protection and preemptive action guy. Strong immune system and gut micro biome plus specific immune protective vaccine. Why not?
To each his own choice but that’s mine. I come from the acute medical care community. As a retired Paramedic, I embrace the appropriate use of modern medicine when appropriate and always excellent Whole Foods and strong gut biome.
This is one of those times for me.
This is also one of those times when all of the choices people make in their lives come home to roost and pack the ICUs and heavens gates.
It’s a wake up call. Personal responsibility for nutrition, staying in good physical condition, building your gut microbiome by eating Wholefoods, wearing your mask keeping social distance. They matter. Big time.
Merry Christmas ?
Mark
you are more than welcome to come to British Columbia Mark McAffee. Your wisdom to do with all things milk, is much appreciated
When you do, come along with me to our Freedom rally in the public Square in Vancouver. Thousands of people who think for ourselves, show up = UNmuzzled = encouraging each other with more and better information re coping with KronaMadness, as the rest of the population is under house arrest, entranced in mass psychosis fear of a chimera
I’ll hand you a hard copy of the last word on the topic,
In 2015, nurses in Ontario Canada refused to take the flu shot. They were told if they didn’t get inoculated, they had to wear masks. They grieved the order from their employers. Arbitrator William Kaplan heard days of evidence from experts on both sides of the masking issue. He ruled that compelling them to wear a mask was “Unreasonable” direct quote because there was not enough evidence either way, to decide if masking made any difference as to transmission of the ‘flu virus. And that was in a hospital setting : sick people all over the place
In British Columbia, same thing … hundreds of nurses who refused to take the annual flu shot were ordered to wear masks on the hospital floor. The labor board grievance stumbled-along for years. Finally, in Dec 2019, in her capacity as the Chief Medical Health Officer of British Columbia, Dr Bonnie Henry signed a Memorandum of Agreement acknowledging that each nurse could choose to put on a mask, or not. That settlement was made behind closed doors … the head of the BC Nurses union told me that it is “confidential”
Reason they won’t give it to me, is : because revealing it to the public would expose this same Dr Henry as a monstrous hypocrite. Daily, she comes on tv, live, telling the serfs to “mask up”, even while she knows that the last word on the topic = the science, if you will = is : wearing a muzzle is irrelevant to transmission of the so-called “virus”.

I’m with you, Mark. I’m going to monitor the situation and see how things develop with the vaccine. It seems that there have been a few instances of anaphylaxis among individuals who have a tendency toward severe allergic reactions. The NYTimes just described the case of a Boston physician with serious shellfish allergies who came to get his vaccination armed with his epipen. Here’s how the article described the situation; it’s the last paragraph that has me a tad concerned, though I have to think that overall, having Covid patients stacked up in hospital hallways is way worse than any vaccine reactions thus far:
“The case was the first of its kind reported to be linked to Moderna’s vaccine. Federal agencies are investigating at least six cases involving people who suffered anaphylaxis after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, which contains similar ingredients, during the first few weeks of its distribution in the United States.
“Officials with the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had discussed the reactions involving some of the Pfizer cases, but have not determined whether an ingredient in the vaccine caused the allergic responses. A few health care workers in Britain had also experienced anaphylaxis after receiving the Pfizer vaccine earlier this month.
“The incident on Thursday involved Dr. Hossein Sadrzadeh, a geriatric oncologist at Boston Medical Center, who has a severe shellfish allergy and had an appointment to get the Moderna shot in the afternoon. In an interview, Dr. Sadrzadeh said he experienced a severe reaction almost immediately after he was inoculated, feeling dizzy and with his heart racing.
“In a statement, David Kibbe, a spokesman for Boston Medical Center, confirmed that Dr. Sadrzadeh had received Moderna’s vaccine on Thursday. The statement said that Dr. Sadrzadeh ‘felt he was developing an allergic reaction and was allowed to self-administer his personal EpiPen. He was taken to the Emergency Department, evaluated, treated, observed and discharged. He is doing well today.’….
“With more than 1.1 million injections already delivered to arms across the country, severe allergic reactions remain a rarity, and should not prompt concern in most people, said Dr. Merin Kuruvilla, an allergist and immunologist at Emory University. “This should not deter people who are not obviously at increased risk,” she said.
“After the initial cases accompanying the Pfizer shots, the C.D.C. issued advice that the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines might not be appropriate for people with a history of anaphylaxis to ingredients in either injection. Anaphylaxis, which typically happens within minutes after exposure to a triggering substance, can impair breathing and cause precipitous drops in blood pressure, potentially becoming life-threatening….
“According to data filings from its late-stage clinical trials, Moderna did not report any links between its vaccine and anaphylaxis. But when products emerge from closely monitored studies into broad distribution, rare side effects can occur.
“The recent allergic reactions linked to Pfizer’s very similar vaccine prompted heated discussions during advisory panel discussions held this month by the F.D.A. and the C.D.C., with experts noting that anaphylaxis seemed to be occurring at an unusual frequency so soon into distribution. (Under normal circumstances, allergic reactions to vaccines are thought to occur at a rate of about one in a million.)”
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/12/25/health/Covid-moderna-vaccine-allergies.html?action=click&module=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage
David, any injection of whatever substance can trigger an anaphylactic reaction… that is the least of my concerns with respect to the Corona vaccine or any vaccines for that matter. Taking a cannery in the coal mine approach in regards to this genetically engineered vaccine is unwise.
Both you and Mark should take the time to listen to this video interview with Dr. Andrew Wakefield who warns that, “This is not a Vax, it is irreversible genetic modification”.

Mark: I would humbly like to refer you to the hundreds of articles on both mercola.com and http://www.doctoryourself.com by Dr. Andrew Saul for alternatives. Both these doctors are distinguished orthomolecular physicians.
All the science is saying that there are far more downside risks i.e pathogenic priming, and only a few small dubious benefits to taking these new experimental vaccines..
Emperior Fauci has come out himself and clearly talked down expectations around these new experimental vaccines which by the way skipped the customary 5 year animal testing . That means the rest of humanity are now the guinea pigs. There is no data on long terms effects. These vaccines are chalk full of adjuvants that cause allergic reactions** , anaphylaxis and in some cases instant death.
There is nothing “Merry Christmas” about these injections. History will show that these injections are the devil’s work no less. The best Christmas present you can give your loved ones, especially the children and the elderly, is to explain to them why they should be keeping a million miles away from this new and frightening experimental technology . Otherwise , instead of a “Merry Christmas” humanity will be facing endless “Scary Nightmares” .
.
** Here is a quote from Salon Magazine :
According to a report in Science magazine, it might not be the vaccine itself that is causing these rare, albeit severe, allergic reactions, but instead a common chemical compound called polyethylene glycol which is attached to the lipid nanoparticles on which the mRNA hitches a ride — essentially, the packaging used to carry the mRNA to the human body. Polyethylene glycol has never been used before in an approved vaccine, but it is found in many drugs and some everyday products. The report in Science states that some experts are growing suspicious that previous exposure to polyethylene glycol could put patients at risk of an anaphylactic reaction to the vaccine, because they’ve already built up antibodies against it. They cite a 2015 study that suggests 7 percent of people have enough anti–polyethylene glycol antibodies that could predispose them to anaphylactic reactions.
When you refer to Dr Fauci as an Emperor you lost me. He is a highly respected doctor. Even though he is establishment CDC FDA. I still respect him very much.
Risk is a judgement made by collecting all
the data available and then choosing an appropriate pathway given the data and risk. Both ways.
We are all still on the data collection pathway.
I have made it one of my life’s purposes to learn science and speak science to regulators. This has been very successful. Raw milk must gain the respect of regulators before it will be awarded a seat at the table.
At our company we have negotiated and worked with the FDA. The people at the FDA we have worked with have been rational.
In fact …. we trained them about our raw milk and trained them about our risk reduction systems and testing protocols. They had no idea.
With this educational approach we have gained progress.
I am not going to bash the FDA. At least not until we have an opportunity to educate and bring them up to speed. We have learned to speak their language. We must be masters of the Food Safety Modernization Act.
So many in the raw milk community set up battle lines. And by definition create enemies on the raw milk front.
That Is no way to educate or build anything.
Don’t get me wrong. John Sheehan is a biased FDA mouthpiece. He ignores facts and data. He is a political operator for the FDA.
I don’t work with him. I work with the regulators that are bound by law to follow their rules. Rules that we know very well because we made it our mission to learn them. We must do everything legally and we do.
Years ago Mercola and his followers were a core element of our marketing. So was Weston A Price.
Not do much anymore.
With marketing and extensive educational out reach raw milk is mainstream at least in California.
A study was performed years ago. The study focused on what created consumer opinion
Was iit the facts ? Or was it their friends
Believe it or not….People form beliefs from their friends not the facts.
This answers the Trump cult phenomenon.
As humans we love our herd. We believe our friend. Facts are a much lesser element in formation of beliefs.
Lesson here…. better hang out with smart and good people.
If not…. you may become a cult member and not even know it. Conspiracy theories are not based on fact. They are made up stories that serve someone’s agenda.
Humans love the herd. It gives comfort and security.
“you may become a cult member and not even know it. Conspiracy theories are not based on fact. They are made up stories that serve someone’s agenda.
Humans love the herd. It gives comfort and security.”
Mark, it sounds to me like you just perfectly described the corporate sponsored mainstream establishment, sponsored by the master social brain washers who own most of the media and just hate dissenters. In their view / mind, if you are not one of the sheep, you are against them and must be discredited, and not allowed to spread alternative perspectives.
If you trust marketing and glitz over your friends’ opinions, you’ve lost me. Yet there’s room for all views if proper respect is paid and scientific research backs your opinions.
Happy New Year
Well said Ora…
I met my wife on January 1st, 1983. Here we are still together 38 years later, so when people say New Year’s day is a good time for new beginnings I take it very seriously. I actually consider it to be our real anniversary day, if not our wedding anniversary. I also quit smoking cigarettes as a New Year resolution (again, after many previous similar tries) way back when 1980ish and haven’t had one since.
For the sake of edification of those who care about genuine science, let’s set the prosecutors’ theory at the trial of the major Nazi officials against the recent post in this forum
i.e. = Conspiracy theories are not based on fact. They are made up stories that serve someone’s agenda. =
after WW2, some among the Allies were thirsting for revenge. So a theatrical production was convened to deliver Victor’s Justice. Their problem was – prior to the 3rd Reich in Germany- the notions of “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” were unknown in international law. But the prosecution got around that with their theory that the officials who had run Germany from 1933, on, engaged in a Grand Conspiracy to make war. Lead Prosecutor was Robert Jackson, then, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the US of A. Who could gainsay that ! for legitimacy?
Was the Judgment at Nuremberg by 5 learned judges … finding the Accused guilty, sentencing them to hang … a mis-carriage of justice because the evidence was only “stories that serve someone’s agenda’ ? If so, then welcome to the school of thought called “revisionist history” Mark McAffee. You self-identified as
“The ideal subject of totalitarianism is not the convinced Nazi or the convinced Communist, but people for whom the distinction between fact and fiction … and the distinction between true and false no longer exist”
Origins of Totalitarianism Hannah Arendt
Human beings do agree one with another to do things which they know – or ought reasonably to know – are illegal and or immoral. What those Nazis were condemned for, was, not the patent absurdity of ex post facto law : the trumped-up charges. Rather ; at a higher level, they were held responsible for having co-operated wittingly, to breach the common sense of white Christian morality.
Every day in the Western countries, people are put on trial for having participated in criminal conspiracies. Every day, those enterprises are proven beyond doubt in Courts of law, to have existed and to have broken the law.
Some conspiracies are true, and they can happen to you.
This very hour, Canada, the US of A and Great Britain are suffering martial law predicated on a fable which is the grossest medical malpractice. All the while – as a matter of FACT – promoters of KronaMadness cannot produce so much as an isolate of this chimera they call “Covid-19”. It’s ALL media myth
Members of the directing mind of this utterly UN-constitutional outrage are in the same position as those who ran Nazi Germany … engaging in a Grand Conspiracy for their own aggrandizement meanwhile doing unspeakable harm to the nation. And they shall be treated accordingly
This is a summary of a recent lecture by Dr.Frank Shallenberger, MD, HMD regarding numerous and real concerns about the safety and efficacy of the upcoming new and experimental ‘MRNA Quackcines’ . I pray that it is useful for the readers and informs their decisions in certain matters of life and death that the government and big pharma have been grossly (if not criminally) negligent in their communications with the public.
THE WATCHWORD HERE IS INFORMED CONSENT.
From Dr. Shallenberger’s presentation :
Last week I must have been asked 20 times about the new COVID vaccines. Here are my thoughts. Please pass this information on to as many as you can. People need to have fully informed consent when it comes to injecting foreign genetic material into their bodies.
The COVID vaccines are mRNA vaccines. mRNA vaccines are a completely new type of vaccine. No mRNA vaccine has ever been licensed for human use before. In essence, we have absolutely no idea what to expect from this vaccine.
We have no idea if it will be effective or safe.
Traditional vaccine simply introduce pieces of a virus (inserted: and a cocktail of toxins, unknown contaminants etc.) to stimulate an immune reaction. The new mRNA vaccine is completely different. It actually injects (transfects) molecules of synthetic genetic material from non-humans sources into our cells. Once in the cells, the genetic material interacts with our transfer RNA (tRNA) to make a foreign protein that supposedly teaches the body to destroy the virus being coded for. Note that these newly created proteins are not regulated by our own DNA, and are thus completely foreign to our cells. What they are fully capable of doing is unknown.
The mRNA molecule is vulnerable to destruction. So, in order to protect the fragile mRNA strands while they are being inserted into our DNA, they are coated with PEGylated lipid nanoparticles. This coating hides the mRNA from our immune system which ordinarily would kill any foreign material injected into the body. PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been used in several different drugs for years. Because of their effect on immune system balance, several studies have shown them to induce allergies and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been shown to trigger their own immune reactions, and to cause damage to the liver.
These new vaccines are additionally contaminated with aluminum, mercury, and possibly formaldehyde. The manufacturers have not yet disclosed what other toxins they contain.
Since viruses mutate frequently, the chance of any vaccine working for more than a year is unlikely. That is why the flu vaccine changes every year. Last year’s vaccine is no more valuable than last year’s newspaper.
Absolutely no long term safety studies will have been done to ensure that any of these vaccines don’t cause the cancer, seizures, heart disease, allergies, and autoimmune diseases seen with other vaccines. If you ever wanted to be guinea pig for Big Pharma, now is your golden opportunity.
Many experts question whether the mRNA technology is ready for prime time. In November 2020, Dr. Peter Jay Hotez said of the new mRNA vaccines, “I worry about innovation at the expense of practicality because they [the mRNA vaccines] are weighted toward technology platforms that have never made it to licensure before.” Dr. Hotez is Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology & Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also Director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development.
Michal Linial, PhD is a Professor of Biochemistry. Because of her research and forecasts on COVID-19, Dr. Linial has been widely quoted in the media. She recently stated, “I won’t be taking it [the mRNA vaccine] immediately – probably not for at least the coming year. We have to wait and see whether it really works. We will have a safety profile for only a certain number of months, so if there is a long-term effect after two years, we cannot know.”
In November 2020, The Washington Post reported on hesitancy among healthcare professionals in the United States to the mRNA vaccines, citing surveys which reported that: “some did not want to be in the first round, so they could wait and see if there are potential side effects”, and that “doctors and nurses want more data before championing vaccines to end the pandemic”.
Since the death rate from COVID resumed to the normal flu death rate way back in early September, the pandemic has been over since then. Therefore, at this point in time no vaccine is needed.
The current scare tactics regarding “escalating cases” is based on a PCR test that, because it exceeds 34 amplification, has a 100% false positive rate unless it is performed between the 3rd and 5th day after the first day of symptoms. It is therefore 100% inaccurate in people with no symptoms. This is well established in the scientific literature. See the attachment (False Positive PCR testing is up to 100%!) for more information on this. If you go to the CDC site (file:///C:/Users/docto/AppData/Local/Temp/cdc_97230_DS1.pdf), you can see that the weekly death rates in the US are now lower than they normally are during an average flu season.
The other reason you don’t need a vaccine for COVID-19 is that substantial herd immunity has already taken place in the United States. This is the primary reason for the end of the pandemic.
Unfortunately, you cannot completely trust what you hear from the media. They have consistently got it wrong for the past year. Since they are all supported by Big Pharma and the other entities selling the COVID vaccines, they are not going to be fully forthcoming when it comes to mRNA vaccines. Every statement I have made here is fully backed by published scientific references.
I would be very interested to see verification that Bill and Melinda Gates with their entire family, Joe Biden and President Trump and their entire families, and Anthony Fauci and his entire family all get the vaccine.
Anyone who after reading all this still wants to get injected with the mRNA vaccine, should at the very least have their blood checked for COVID-19 antibodies. There is no need for a vaccine in persons already naturally immunized.
Here’s my bottom line: I would much rather get a COVID infection than get a COVID vaccine. That would be safer and more effective. I have had a number of COVID positive flu cases this year. Some were old and had health concerns. Every single one has done really well with natural therapies including ozone therapy and IV vitamin C. Just because modern medicine has no effective treatment for viral infections, doesn’t mean that there isn’t one.
Yours Always,
Frank Shallenberger, MD, HMD

This is pathetic!!
Florida elders that are part of Trumps hard core base and deny the existence of Covid are now getting their vaccinations before doctors can get theirs.
This is the very peak of selfish Hypocrisy. That’s the core GOP. The Republican Party is done. It is lost on planet Trump.
Mark,
Not sure where you acquired that bit of news… That said, perhaps many of the doctors don’t want to take the vaccine just yet and are merely using your canary in a coal mine approach watching for advanced warning of some danger!!!
Ken and Mark, I would bet based on what I’ve read, that the percentage of doctors and nurses who refuse vaccines is much higher than the uninformed sheep, ah… I mean general public.
I agree…
many thousands of nurses will not take the Vagzine. Why is that? Could it be that these intelligent, highly-trained professionals, who, daily, are on the front line dealing with sickness of all kinds, conclude from their own experience, that the concoctions injected into a human bloodstream do more harm than good?
In 2018 Labor Arbitrator Wm Kaplan in Ontario predicated his ruling on the common sense of those anti-vaxxers, for declaring that > the wearing of masks is irrelevant to containing/ minimizing transmission of influenza <
there’s the last word on real science re masking. If you have the intellectual integrity to admit it
Gordon, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Stop making sense you talking head. It’ll just get you in trouble or worse and the heads in the sand or up their own butt won’t hear it. Money talks is all they hear loud and clear. What’s a concoction is that a new cocktail I should try? Pardon me for interrupting your perception of talking heads but this deserves to be herd, I mean heard:
Now they are talking about a third wave despite the perpetually extended implementation of draconian mask wearing, social distancing and lockdown measures? Why is there an inability to realize that cases are not indicative of disease or death and that these cases are based on a test that is grossly inaccurate and should not have been used to begin with? This is all about control, undermining the human spirit to be free… and subjecting people to a money-making pernicious vaccine.

The patronizing fool Dr. Fauci’s initial prediction of two weeks to flatten the curve is now suggesting at least two years… “Dr. Anthony Fauci has warned it would last two years, some academics have advocated for mandates to continue years until the virus is completely eradicated, and World Economic Forum stakeholders are saying that normal life (without masking, social distancing and other restrictions) won’t be permitted until after 2022, even after lockdowns are lifted.” These people are raving lunatics…

This 2-hour podcast with the father of a vaccine injured child, Ted Kuntz, is very much worth taking the time to listen to…
https://open.spotify.com/episode/5DCNEy1bP6JdpZqq56Nlvp
I agree that the podcast is well worth listening to. I appreciated Ted Kuntz’s insight at the end where he said it usually is to no avail to talk logically about the merits of vaccination with those of a mindset that support vaccination.
Merits meaning the pros and cons
when you get right down to the actuarial tables comparing the likelihood of becoming infected by the “wild” virus, such as measles, and consequent harm from it, with the likelihood of an adverse reaction after an individual is injected with the commercial concoction specific to a given disease = ie. a ‘vaccination’, it becomes undeniable that vagzine-nation does more harm than good.
Fold in the FACT that the purported immunity brought about by inoculating a person with the commercial product only works short term, to understand why the poisoned needle is one of the greatest medical MAL-practices in human history. Can you spell “Iatrogenic”, children?
One has to wonder if para-medic McAffee will make the effort to find out why 84,000 nurses in the Netherlands, are refusing to take the vagZeen. What is it these front-line workers know, that he hasn’t figured out?
on this forum 2 years ago, Mister McAffee faulted the FDA for “lack of moral fibre” … yet his latest post rides to the rescue of CommiZar Fauci’s reputation … the very same charlatans who now “lay claim to some promise of perfection or certainty” A doubleminded man is unstable in all his ways

I find it very curious that the FDA claims to be the bedrock foundation of food safety and then uses words like “safe and the only guaranteed safe process” and then associates those words with pasteurization. Laying claim to some promise of perfection or certainty.
How can the FDA look anyone in the eye and make these claims? They are patently false. Pasteurized dairy products have killed about 84 people since 1972 by CDC count. Mostly by Listeria.
With new rapid test systems coming on in 2019, one must wonder if the FDA and the NCIMS PMO board will endorse use of pathogen testing in post pasteurized milk to test for listeria? The Cibusdx technology can return data on site in 30 minutes with a high degree of accuracy.
I bet not. I was at an NCIMS meeting in 2008 when a question was asked about testing pasteurized dairy products for pathogens. The FDA said this ” no way, what if we found something, what would we do then?, pasteurization works!!”
Truly exposing their moral and ethical fibre. Not much there when it is exposed. Yet….raw milk is subject to “do or die” pathogen tests all the time. Being a raw milk producer truly tests the limits of human tolerance of bias. It is really unjust.
Then take the data from Cornel University that looked at the potential increased deaths from pasteurized dairy products if the heat of processing was turned up a few degrees and you wonder if the CDC data is off and death numbers are suppressed. They say many more people die every year than our counted in the CDC official data.
What is real ? Makes you wonder.

Dear Watson,
Please share with us the actuary tables you are referring too? Would love to see the data
In my opinion drinking raw milk and raw kefir are not exclusive to becoming vaccinated. In my view the protection is additive.
Yes…. a strong gut micro biome is the primary protective system for healthy humans. Raw eggs. Love it. Kefir smoothies, vitamin C, D, A and zinc. Yes!! Wholefoods always.
Mark,
Anyone that blindly follows the highly politicized vaccine narrative are certain to screw up their gut microbiome… and that is even more likely to be the case with this genetically engineered mRNA vaccine. Can you answer what will happen when our internal DNA is altered as a result of the injection of this experimental vaccine and that DNA gains access to our gut, which it is certain to do???
a good starting point for your re-edjumuhcayshun Marky, would be this short video by Eric Napute md.
At 3 minutes in to it, he cites the figure from the Adverse incident Reporting agency : 44,000 adverse reactions already including 127 deaths, from injection with the concoction supposed to immune=ize a person from Covid.
you don’t have to go overseas to confirm your bias … start right in Riverside County CA. where the majority of nurses in local hospitals won’t be taking the VaGzeeen. What is it they know, that you won’t acknowledge?

84,000 Nurses in the Netherlands refusing vaccination?
That’s not what I hear from friends in Denmark. They are lined up for a vaccination!
They trust their governments and their health systems. They have socialized medicine and strategic health policies. Not like us with incoherent madness starting with and originating from our current President

Mark, Your friends need to get up to speed…
Nurses, no guinea pigs! 87,000 healthcare workers in Netherlands refuse Covid-19 vaccine
https://www.ibtimes.co.in/nurses-no-guinea-pigs-87000-healthcare-workers-netherlands-refuse-covid-19-vaccine-831263
“At a recent hearing of the Covid-19 Extra pulmonary Inquiry committee, Dr. Elke De Klerk from the Netherlands said she supports 87,000 nurses who resolved to refuse the Covid-19 vaccine because they don’t want to be a guinea pig. “We are also starting a lawsuit to bring a really large group of doctors and a really large group of nurses because we have contact with 87,000 nurses that do want the vaccine that is being prepared for us. They are not willing to be the guinea pigs.””
Indeed, “Morons pushing something experimental as mandatory should immediately go to the front of the vaccine-line and get a double shot.”
Ken, seems like the ibtimes writer left out a word. The quote is: “We have contact with 87,000 nurses that do want the vaccine that is being prepared for us. They are not willing to be the guinea pigs.” That quote only makes sense if they said ‘they do NOT want the vaccine’.
“New York Times Declines My Rebuttal to Defamatory Op-Ed on COVID Vaccines”

“Even where there is no legal right, respectable journalistic outlets, including the New York Times, have traditionally regarded it as their moral, ethical and professional obligation to publish the replies by people who have been criticized in their pages.”
Without a doubt, “It’s a bad omen for democracy when citizens can no longer conduct civil, informed debates about critical policies that impact the vitality of our economy, public health, personal freedoms and constitutional rights. Censorship is violence and this systematic muzzling of debate which proponents justify as a measure to curtail dangerous polarization is actually fueling those divisions”.
I do totally agree that vaccinations should be and must be voluntary. Forced vaccinations is wrong on many levels.
However, I do think that vaccinations have been given a very bad wrap by those that make money from them. Vaccinations are a tool to build specific immunity to certain threats. Simple as that. Giving American kids 90 vaccinations starting 5 minutes after birth until 18 is crazy. In the EU they only give 18. Vaccinations should be delayed and not done in super packs. Build the immune system first!!
There are some people that should not be vaccinated because of allergies or other sensitivities. Early and heavy vaccinations is madness. It stresses an under developed immune system.
But when vaccinations are shown to decrease illness and build antibodies…. that is a good thing.
Denialism and conspiracy theories have really done a number on the common man. People can not think anymore. Facts are completely in fog ville.
Vaccination injury is real. I don’t deny this.
However…. if vaccinations are taken under a rational protocol and at the same time…. other preventative practices like building the gut micro biome strength are employed, it’s just another seatbelt. Or airbag … Why not?
By the way, I did not appreciate the most recent mass email sent out by WAP. The headline read: Covid vaccinations don’t work.
They claimed they don’t work because the protection is not 100%… they do work 95% of the time. That’s a data driven fact. That’s the biggest crock of BS.
Seatbelts don’t work all the time either. Neither do parachutes. But both will save your life under certain conditions. Just like a vaccination.
As far as I am concerned, let those that don’t want a vaccination pass on the opportunity. I will gladly take their place.
It might be me that must take care of them later when they get sick.
Build the gut. Wear your seatbelt! In this case get the damn shot if you can get it. 95% protection beats lying dead in a refrigerated morgue truck. Covid is unpredictable. Protect yourself. Wear a mask, socially distance.
Take advantage of every protection you can. Including and most importantly a powerful gut micro biome.
Mark,
Your suggestion that forced vaccination is “wrong on many levels” is indeed correct. Your view however that, “Vaccinations are a tool to build specific immunity to certain threats” is not as “simple as that”. Taking such a reductionist approach to disease and microorganism, whereby the body’s natural censoring and immune triggering mechanisms are bypassed via the injection of toxic foreign biological materials and chemicals has resulted in a great deal of harm, such as autoimmune diseases, neurological disorders, cancer, brain inflammation and stroke etc. Indeed, and it is that same reductionist attitude that has spawned the notion that raw milk is harmful and should have all of its immune building attributes destroyed via pasteurization, or that this current war on a perceived viral threat is a justifiable excuse to deny people their livelihood and freedom…
The immune system is exceedingly complex and from what I have read, “poorly understood”. This notion by many that “antibodies” are the be all and end all with respect to immunity is misleading and in fact dangerous. Antibodies are not a reliable indication of immunity. Immunity to a pathogen is dependent upon a complex array of body cell responses that may—or may not —include the production of antibodies. As I previously stated, “The key to a fully functioning and effective immune system is general good health, characterized by an unadulterated and uncorrupted physiology, the predictable result of a balanced natural nutrient rich/dense diet and adequate exercise. Vaccines do just the opposite; they adulterate and corrupt the body’s physiology.
Mark, I have watched an interview of you and Dr. Mercola and am very grateful for all you have done for the raw milk cause! Thank you. I noticed your response above, and wonder if you have ever read or heard either Dr.Sherry Tenpenny or Dell Bigtree? Essentially they make a strong case for which I am a strong believer after 10 years of research that vaccines do create antibodies but the toxic damage they invariably cause far outweighs any potential good.
Did you know, all 14 multi million dollar studies were funded by pharmaceutical companies and never had a true control group? Most people I humbly submit do not even wrap their head around what that means it means they tested handguns against shotguns to determine which one was more dangerous. They had no control group it was one vaccine tested against another…NOT unvaccinated. Anything that toxifies the host weakens the host does not help the host.
It takes a lot more information to decompress this whole topic, and can’t scratch the surface here, but encourage you to again to look up Dr. Sherry Tenpenny or Dell Bigtree or check out Vaxxed I. Mark, you are a leader and you have potential to influence many people I’m praying that you would consider this matter seriously.

here you go, Mark McAffee : a handy example of what scientists find out, when they honestly scrutinize vagzinAshun : let;s see if your Danish friends have the integrity to corroborate this one **
— Anyone defending the Bill Gates/WHO global vaccine program needs to explain this study: Mogensen et al 2017. Prior to 2017, neither HHS nor WHO ever performed the kind of vaccinated/unvaccinated (or placebo) study necessary to ascertain if the DTP vaccine actually yields beneficial health outcomes. The DTP vaccine was discontinued in the US and western nations in the 1990s following thousands of reports of death and brain damage.
… girls vaccinated with the DTP vaccine—the flagship of Bill Gates’s GAVI/WHO African vaccine program—died at 10 times the rate of unvaccinated kids.
But Bill Gates and his surrogates, GAVI and WHO, made DTP a priority for African babies. The Danish government and Novo Nordisk Foundation commissioned this study by a team of the world’s leading experts on African vaccination. The two most prominent names, Drs. Soren Mogensen and Peter Aaby, are both vocal vaccine supporters. They were shocked when they examined years of data from a so called “natural experiment” in Guinea Bissau where 50% of children die before age five. In that west African nation, half the children were vaccinated with the DTP vaccine at three months and the other half at six months. Dr. Mogenson and his team found that girls vaccinated with the DTP vaccine died at 10 times the rate of unvaccinated kids. While the vaccinated children were protected from Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis, they were far more susceptible to other deadly diseases than unvaccinated peers. The vaccine apparently compromised their immune systems. Thanks to Gates, DTP is the world’s most popular vaccine.
** The researchers suggested that the DTP vaccine is killing more children than the diseases it targets. **
For African nations, GAVI and WHO use DTP vaccine uptake to gauge national compliance with vaccine recommendations. GAVI can financially punish nations that don’t fully comply.
The researchers suggested that the DTP vaccine is killing more children than the diseases it targets.
It’s possible that millions of children are adversely affected. Although the New York Times and other Gates boosters will accuse me of promoting “vaccine misinformation”, this is a peer reviewed publication in a respected journal by the world’s most authoritative vaccine scientists describing catastrophic outcomes.
Shouldn’t we be scrutinizing Bill Gates’ record in Africa before we let him dictate which medicines we need to take? By muzzling legitimate criticism as “anti-vax”, the media avoids honest debate on many damning studies like Mogensen.
